The Familyoriented Psychological Therapy to Preschool Stutterers

Abstract On the basis of introduction of treatment approaches to preschool stutterers worldwide,this paper presents a detailed description of a family-oriented psychological therapy with the purpose of helping preschool children and their parents build up correct and healthy communication attitudes so as to improve their speech fluency. At last,a brief summary of this treatment approach is provided,hoping to offer some references for the treatment of Chinese preschool stutterers.
