A Case study of Functional Behavioral
Assessment of an Autistic Child

Abstract
We used functional behavioral assessment to evaluate the challenging behaviors of an autistic child. We analysed in detail the function and objectives of his challenging behavior. Based on the analysis, we designed and implemented an intervention program. Changes in the child's behavior confirmed the hypothesis of functional behavior. Research output provided some implications for behavioral intervention in Autism.
