上海市残障人士社区干预工作现状的调查研究

5 结论
5.1 上海市各街道都开展了残障人士的社区干预工作，但发展并不平衡，城区各方面的工作都要好于郊区。
5.2 各街道都已形成了以全科医生为主的社区康复队伍，但专业人员的培训工作不到位。
5.3 各社区比较重视对优生优育和残疾预防的宣传工作，但对残障儿童早期干预介入较少。
5.4 各社区为残障人士提供了多样化的家庭服务项目，并为残障人士组织了相关活动，但针对性不强。
5.5 大多数社区开展了残疾人职业技能培训工作，但残疾人仍面临着就业难的局面。

An Investigation on the Current Situations of Community Intervention on People with Disabilities in Shanghai

Abstract This survey adopts questionnaires and interviews to investigate the development of the community intervention for the disabled from eighteen districts in Shanghai in order to perfect the community intervention in Shanghai,which covers early intervention in community,community rehabilitation,family service and employment. Results show that the community intervention work for the disabled in Shanghai has some effects, however there are also many problems to be solved. In connection with these problems, this survey analyzes the causes and put forward appropriate proposal.
