大学英语“研究性学习”下的任务型教学

4)在老师的指导帮助下,分组交流、展示研究成果。在全班展示优秀作品中,尤其对学生“发现”的语言规律或“创新”的语句用监控方法进行交流与肯定。如有的学生在自改或相互改正书面表达错误时做的研究笔记中列出“Don'ts”条目:(在改正非谓语动词用法错误时)Don't use V-ing(present participle) or V-ed(past participle) alone as PV;(在练习独主格结构后)Don’t have a comma join SV structures unless…;(对于从句语序)“Conj+S+PV+…”)Don't have PV after a conj…;(对于可数名词)A countable noun can't go alone,and an article goes before or an-s follows behind.等。
在“研究性学习”理论与任务型教学相结合的课堂教学中,学生在教师的指导下为获取知识而对解决认知过程中遇到的问题进行探索,参与研究,他们需要的是来自教师的“指导”或“帮助”,而不仅仅是“传授”或“教导”。因此,这就要求教师不但应具有较强的本学科知识,而且应该对英语学科的教研动态有所了解,要不断反思教学,以创造性地完成教学任务。总之,教学对教师而言,已不再是单纯的教,教师需要在“教”中去学,去探索、实践、创新。

Task-based Teaching in College English under Research-based Learning Style

AbstractIn recent years,increasing number of English teachers has turned to task-based instruction to promote meaningful student engagement with language learning.However in the practice of this mode of instruction,there have emerged problems.The idea of infiltrating the sense of research-based learning into task-based classrooms has brought about a change of learning style.In college English class,the designing and implementing of "research-based learning" is a new teaching mode of focus from a teacher's role and teaching to the role of a student and his ways of learning.
